Spinach Salad
Classic
Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon, cut up
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c sliced green onion
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 10 oz pkg torn fresh spinach
Instructions
- Fry bacon til crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Leave 2 T bacon drippings in pan. Add vingear, lemon juice, sugar and salt and pepper. Cook about 1 minute. Pour over spinach in large salad bowl. Toss. Add bacon and eggs
