I decided to take a trip to Roanoke for fun and check out some hikes that are part of the Virginia Triple Crown.

All in all, I think Roanoke is pretty cool. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was like a mix of a mountain town that seems to be slightly depressed, almost in the same way that rust belt towns are.
