Pizza Dough Recipe
Serving Size: 1/4 of one pizza (Recipe makes 2 pizzas)

Ingredients
- 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) dry active yeast
- 1 1/3 cups warm water (105 to 110 degrees F)
- 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sugar (optional)
Directions
- Combine yeast and warm water in a large mixing bowl. Let stand until yeast dissolves, about 5 minutes.
- Add flour, olive oil, salt, and sugar. Mix to blend, then knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Prepare baking sheets or a baking stone.
- Divide dough, shape into rounds, and let rest. Then flatten into pizza bases and prepare with toppings.
- Bake until crust is browned, about 12 minutes.
