Oven Scrambled Eggs for a Crowd (12 Servings)

Silky smooth -- reminiscent of the Holy Rosary Holy Name breakfast eggs -- only better !! Hats off to Emil Passarelli!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Pour melted butter into a glass 9 x 13 baking dish (or just melt it in the microwave in the dish). In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and salt until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle sausage on top.
  3. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, then stir, and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
