Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
Perfect for leftover Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey and sides !
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (or the equivalent of leftover veggies)
- 1 c cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (or leftover gravy)
- 1 c original bisquick mix
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup or gravy in ungreased 2 quart casserole
- Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl with fork until blended. Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Notes: If you have a big crew after Christmas, this multiplies perfectly!
