Empanada Dough
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp melted butter (or margarine)
- 5 tbsp water (The amount of water used varies depending on the humidity where you live)
Instructions:
- 1) Stir all ingredients until fully mixed.
- 2) Knead the dough just enough to bring dough together.
- 3) Form a round ball, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 4) Roll out dough and cut into circles of desired size.
