Aunt Het's Butter Cookies

So pretty topped with a small mound of sprinkles in the middle of each cookies I don't know who Aunt Het is, just as I'm sure you might not know who Aunt Katie and Aunt Wishie are!

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 sm egg
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 1/2 t almond extract
• 2&1/4 c flour
• 1 c butter
• 1 t soda
• dash nutmeg

Instructions

1. Mix all together. Shape into 2 rolls. Each roll will fit into a small forzen orange juice can. Refrigerate Slice and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, or until just barely brown. Quickly top with a half a pecan or sprinkles.
